RETURNS POLICY
Standard Return Policy
If the customer is not completely satisfied with a product purchased, the customer can return the product to us, either for an exchange or a refund/credit.
Only items returned within a 24 hour period of the date of purchase, will validate a refund, whether it was a cash or card purchase. For any items returned after the 24 hour period, the customer will not receive a refund, but a Credit Note Voucher will be issued to the value of the returned product. This only applies to refunds and not exchanges.
Products can only be returned if they comply with the following:
- The product is unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when it was purchased
- The product is in the original packaging (if applicable)
- The product is not missing any accessories or parts
- The customer must provide proof of purchase
- The customer can return a product within 7 days of purchase
We are entitled to inspect the product to validate the return. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to be completed.
We will advise via email to inform the customer of the approval or rejection of his/her credit or exchange.
Credit Note Vouchers
If the customer is not satisfied with a product purchased, and the customer returns the product after 24 hours of purchase, in the same condition as when it was purchased, a Credit Note Voucher will be issued to the value of the returned product.
Terms & Conditions of Credit Note Vouchers:
- Only the original Credit Note Voucher, no substitutes or copies, will be accepted when redeeming this credit.
- No replacements will be given for lost or misplaced Credit Note Vouchers
- Only exchanges, no refund for credit
- The Credit Note Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue
Exchanges
- Products can be exchanged for a different size variation, provided such a variation is available.
- Should the cost of the variation be less than the cost of the product being exchanged, a credit will be given within 7 working days. Alternatively, the customer can purchase more products to make up for the variation amount.
- Should the cost of the variation be more than the cost of the product being exchanged, the customer will need to pay the difference in order to exchange the product.
Not what the customer ordered
If we accidentally delivered an incorrect product to the customer, or if the product that the customer received is not as described on our website, please notify us and we will arrange for the product to be brought back to our showroom. Once we’ve inspected the product and validated the customers’ return, we will either deliver the correct product to the customer as soon as possible (if the correct product is available), or issue a credit to the customer to the value of the purchase price.
Defective products
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristics of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect.
The following will not be regarded as defect and will not entitle the customer to a return/claim, as tools are manufactured to perform specific tasks:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
- Damage arising from failure to adequately care for the product
- Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.
Standard Warranty
If the customer has received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us within 30 days of purchasing the product.

The customer will need to return the product for us to inspect. Once we’ve inspected the product and validated the customers’ return, we will advise accordingly on how we suggest proceeding further.
Gift Vouchers
If the customer spends R6000 excl Vat or more at Force Professional Tools, the customer will receive a Gift Voucher to the value of R500.
Terms & Conditions of Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
- If a Gift Voucher was used to purchase a product, the product can not be returned in exchange for a credit/refund. The product can only be exchanged for a different product.
- The Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months after the date of issue.
- No Gift Voucher will be accepted after the expiration date
Charges for Returns
If the customer returns a product to us, but the customer fails to return all the accessories or parts that were sold with the product, we are entitled to either refuse the return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories which will be for the customers’ account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
