Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, our products have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to a product that is rusted, damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, modification, mishandling, accident, neglect and general wear and tear.
Do you sell other brands of tools?
No, we do not sell other brands of tools, we exclusively sell the Force brand.
How does the shipping work?
We ship to all major centres at a standard shipping cost of R100. We also ship internationally on special arrangements.
Do you only have an online shop?
No, we not only have an online shop, we also have a fully stocked showroom for walk in customers. We are situated at 144 Nolte Road, Bartlett, Boksburg.
What are your operating hours?
Mondays – Thursdays: 08:00 – 17:00
Fridays: 08:00 – 16:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
Do you sell other hardware products?
No, we do not sell any other hardware products, we only sell the Force branded tools.
I bought the wrong product, what do I do now?
If you bought the wrong product, the unused product can be returned for a refund. Please note sale items are not returnable.
The following conditions strictly apply:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase
- Original invoice to accompany the product
What is Force On-Demand?
Force On-Demand allows you to choose from over 30 standard foam tool sets to insert into your empty Force Trolley Toolbox.
This means you don’t have to waste money on tools you don’t need simply because it is included in a toolbox.
*Foam sets are not customizable*
